Segovia is known for its Roman-era aqueduct that runs through its city center. It is an engineering masterpiece and it has been delivering water into the city until 1970.

We loved Avila’s medieval city wall that encloses the entire city.

Avila is enclosed by 2.5 km of intact city wall, one of the longest in the world.
