Galway and Cliffs of Moher, Ireland

We had an amazing 2 weeks in the UK. We departed from Cardiff and arrived in Dublin after an hour flight on the Ryan Airline.

Tiffany flew in from Singapore to join us on our one-week road trip in Ireland. We are so happy to reunite after having separated for 2 weeks while she toured Asia and the kids and I toured the UK!
We stopped by Clonmacnoise, a thriving monastic center of learning. It has thousands of monks during the Dark Age, when the rest of Europe was under constant threats from the Germanic invasions.
A Celtic cross with detailed biblical stories carved on it.
A watch tower by the graveyard, overlooking River Shannon.
The Latin Quarter in Galway, an Ireland port city on the western side of Ireland.
Our first sip of Guinness was in an Irish Pub called the Quays in Galway. It is not as bitter as we thought. We would be drinking many pints of Guinness in many Irish pubs for the rest of our trip.
Musicians in The Quays.
Dunguaire Castle, Ireland
We have arrived in the world-famous Cliffs of Moher. It is so windy that we could hardly walk straight along the cliffs.
